To start, it’s a 1986 GL1200. I bought this bike from a guy who lived about 100

miles away. He had it at a small motorcycle shop and they were going to charge

himmore than he wanted to pay to fix it. He had ripped all the wiring out of it,

and I mean ripped. The wires coming out of the stator were about 1/2 inch long.

Anyway, it was a rolling project. Neglected, abused. It had looked like at one time

someone had tried to turn it into a bobber. The biggest problem, it had no title, so

I thought I would just make a vintage drag bike/toy...
