As the apocalypse is rapidly falling upon us, America is

on the verge of collapse! Rather than go on another rant

about the bizarre election that is about to take place and

the end of days, I’m going to do my best to stay posi-

tive...

It’s almost the end of another season of traveling across

the country, going from coast to coast, from one bike

rally or car show to the other. It’s been an interesting

year to say the least. I met a wonderful woman that I’ve

been chasing all across the country, and a lot of other

interesting characters and cool people in some really

cool towns.

Sometimes I forget about all the chaos that’s going

down in the world right now and the eminent collapse of

the American Government. When I’m out traveling the

country, especially out west or in the heartland, things

don’t seem so bad. The people are all very nice, the

landscapes are amazing and the cities are nice and

clean. In the real world, it does not seem so bad, until

we get to our next hotel and I turn on the TV for my daily

dose of propaganda and apocalypse reports.

On another note, one of the things I’ve wondered about

the most this year besides the eminent collapse of west-

ern civilization, was... When did being a biker go from

being a genuine stand up guy with a passion for motor-

cycles, who

was not afraid to get his fingers dirty and took pride in his

work, to today’s entitled motorcycle enthusiast?

The old school biker treated his bike like it was his best

friend, like a cowboy and his horse. He knew every inch

of his bike like the back of his hand. Be it Pan, Shovel or

any other classic iron, long before they were classics. It

was about the freedom of the ride and the pride of work-

ing on your machine. When men were men...

Today’s big wheel bagger guys are more concerned with

how loud their stereos are or how many led lights that

have, or how expensive their paint jobs are. They would

much rather brag about how much they paid someone

else to build their bike than to build it themself.

Apocalypse or not, the world is clearly changing, and in

this man’s humble opinion, it’s not for the better!

Kick it!
