Renegade Issue 28

The second VK Reunion was another huge success! I road down

with Hell Billy and his lovely family in his Hot Rod 73 Nova, to

the second installment of the VK Reunion put on by Lorenzo

of Vintage Kulture. As always there were lots of cool cars, bus-

ses, trucks and bikes to check out everything from VW buses, to

the rusty rat rods and everything in-between and of course there

were some sweet betties from the Luscious Ladies Pin-ups on

hand for photo ops.

Live music from everyone’s favorite local band the Blast Offs

filled the air along with the smell of hot dogs, beer, burnt rubber,

and gasoline! Tall tales were told, histories argued, parts bar-

tered and sold, photos were taken, smiles and grins were plenty.

As the day comes to an end and the party winds down, is usually

the best time to catch some good shots, the sun is right and the

there’s usually a burnout or two! I caught Wino Steve roasting

em up on his way out!
