Some times you just have to shake things up... This past
Ground Hog Gala was just such an occasion; I’ve been tired of
the whole retro pin-up look all the girls are doing, so I decided
to bring my own model. Now, not just any model, but a very
special one I met at Willie’s Chopper Time Show last Biketo-
berfest. Sierra is her name and let me tell ya she is one hot wild
child. I asked her to shoot exclusively for me at the show, and
sure enough as soon as she got there the photographers were
all over her! Needless to say she was most definitely the center
of attention that day! She had the guys drooling and some of
the other ladies were getting their feathers ruffled.
I don’t really like to do the same thing as everyone else or
shoot the same models with the same cars, wearing the same
clothes; it kind of spoils the photo. It is my natural tendency
to want to do the opposite of what everyone else is doing!
Like retro Pin-Up, there are several great photographers out
there who specialize in that kind of photography, while I have
been a great supporter of the pin-up scene, I’m personally
kind of over it. I’m looking to shake things up!
I would like to apologize to the Misfires CC for interrupting
the awards ceremony, I didn’t realize they were giving out he
awards when Sierra jumped up in the back of Thomas’s truck
and took her top off for more photos. I think most everyone
was watching her rather than the awards. Thanks to the Mis-
fires CC for another great show.
